Issue with Channels play

When I try to play live channels after about 5 mins of play they all crash and wont play. Peacock and tubi both crash on me after 5 mins of live play. I also keep getting a HDCP errors alot lately. Alot of times its freezes and crashes on me.

  

Model  is 3930- Roku Express

Serial is X00400GA2DNM

Software Verison is 10.0.0 build 4209-AE

Device ID is S009207A2DNM

Three suggestions:

  • If you're not using the supplied power adapter, use it
  • Try another HDMI cable
  • Try another HDMI input on your TV
