Issue with Amazon Prime on R Ultra audio output to headphones

I have the weirdest issue with Amazon Prime on Roku Ultra. 

Sound works just fine from all Amazon Prime titles, when I put the headphones it doesn't rely sound. I hear the white noise, but no sound track from the movie. When I change to descriptive audio track, audio is fine, but when I turn back to standard audio it, I lose the sound. 

I tried to see if I have the audio mode in any other setting than "off" but there are no other active choices. All other channels work fine with same headphones, and yes, I tried different headphones and made sure the jack is all the way in. 

Anyone has a solution to this?
