Issue w/Channel Update

My roku 3 attempted to update the other day and got an error at the channel update. All my channels disappeared from home screen and I can't add any more saying there's not enough space. Tried system restart and reset. Still no channels. Software 8.1.0 build 4145-04. Any suggestions?

If you have an SD card, try removing it and test what happens.

It would also help if you'd post the exact model number (Settings > System > About)
