Cannot open HBO MAX, Direct TV, Disney plus and Starz all freezing and closing out for almost 5 days in a row now. But Netflix and Amazon are working and loading perfectly with no lag. Please Advise should i just delete the apps and re install?
That's a good troubleshooting option, and often resolves these kinds of issues. Except it's a three step process, not a two step.
Many people will omit step 2, or do them out of order. All three steps, in that order.
Did you already try just rebooting the Roku? Sometimes that along will resolve. But, if not, do all three steps, in that order.

Since several different apps are involved, first thing I would do would be to force an update check:
Settings > System > System update > Check now
If the problem persists, the next thing I would try would be a restart of the system:
Settings > System > System restart
[For Roku TV, it's Settings > System > Power > System restart]
If that doesn't fix things, then I'd try reinstalling the individual channels being affected:
If the problem persists at this point, it typically means the current version of the channel app has a problem that must be addressed by the channel itself as they are the ones that create the Roku-compatible version of their app and provide it to Roku.
