I upgraded my older Roku for a new 2020 Roku Ultra, which I bought from Amazon to use in Australia.
I can not resume my subscription with Amazon Prime Video because the Prime Video App does not appear anywhere, and the SEARCH function does not appear.
Is the SEARCH function disabled in Australia, and if so why?
My previous 4 year old Roku unit does have a SEARCH function, and I could view Prime videos without a problem.
What is the solution?

I'd do Settings/System/System restart
