If you're saying you can't get the Spotify channel to appear on your 2720, then that's the likely answer. The 2720 was released in 2013 and is now quite old. The 2720 is still officially supported by Roku, so it still gets firmware updates. But many providers will not support players that are more than 5-6 years old. They don't have the power necessary to run the channel as designed, so they just don't make it available at all on those players.
