I am setting up my 2 Roku products (an express and an express+) and I cannot activate several channels. The channels that I am having issues with are:
(1) HGTV - I go to the activation website and enter in the code on the TV screen and it says invalid code. I get a new code and still the same. I remove the channel, re-add it and reboot the Roku and still the same.
(2) Hallmark channel - cannot get to the activation site that is shown on the screen with the code
(3) ID go - it is not showing my cable provider
(4) Lifetime - cannot get this site to accept the activation code either.

Hallmark registration link provided by Hallmark App on ROKU 3900 does not go to registration site. Can not get subscription to register.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue that you are experiencing.
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
If you are still experiencing issues activating the channel, I'd recommend reaching out to the channel provider directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform is developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist.

Nothing but trouble trying to activate several channels (e.g. Lifetime). Declares activation code is invalid. This on top of Roku not having HBO Max. You're kind of forcing a lot of us to switch to Apple TV. (I've been with Roku for over a decade.
