Insane workouts app is no longer working on Roku 3. Netflix is working. Is there a fix?

Over the past week, this app has been getting more difficult to load. Often playing the commercial at the beginning then needing to start again before loading the workout.  3 days ago, even that failed and it has yet to load since then.  I can run the YouTube channel and Netflix, but not this one.  Help!  I need my workouts :-)

@farscape16

Thanks for the information.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to the channel provider directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on that channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.

Thanks,
Danny

Hi Danny,

I appreciate the reply.  Yes I tried that several times, and contacted our internet provider since I thought it might be a bandwidth issues.  We upgraded our modem and still no luck w that specific app.  YouTube loads slowly then works fine once it’s going.   It’s an older Roku (Roku 3).  Would that have anything to do with the channel not working?   I can’t find any provider info for the channel.  Please post if you have a website or contact info for them.
All the best!
