From what I see, it does appear to be a legitimate streaming site and owns licensing rights in US, UK, Africa that is expanding to different television platforms. (https://www.legit.ng/1194600-who-owns-iroko-tv.html)  You can contact them directly and inquire as to their plans for a Roku developed Channel.  https://irokotv.com/contact-us.   Their Live Chat does not appear to be working.

You can always mirror/cast/hdmi cable this channel to your Roku or television.
