IP Camera Viewer Pro losing configuration for PiIP

Have the latest IP Camera Viewer Pro from Roku store paired up with "rokuphp" app.  RokuPHP app is configured for video feeds from Ubiquiti Unifi NVR RTSP streams.  Works great after setup.

Current problem is that at random times the PiIP configuration pointing to the RokuPHP gets wiped out, needs to be reentered, then things are working fine again.  

Any suggestions/comments as to why the IP Camera Viewer Pro app configuration, specifically the PiIP settings, isn't persistent ?
