Due to some issues I was having with my Roku Stick, I restored it to the factory settings and after the reset I no longer have the Spectrum Channel which I have for at the least 2 years.
I talked to spectrum and they said that if I used the provided link they sent me which was to your web site, I would be able to add the spectrum channel again.
I followed the procedure on your web site, added the spectrum channel. After a month of waiting I still have not got my spectrum channel back. Seeing the ball is in your court, I need your assistance to get my channel back.
