I reactivate the discovery+ on my phone but on my Roku tv it is not coming through

In my Roku account where it says manage account iit doesn't have any account with discovery+ so I can reactivate it

How did you "activate" the channel on your phone? Are you saying that you can access Disney Plus because of your phone subscription? That's how I have HBO Max. You only see subscriptions on your Roku user account web site when the subs are made through Roku. If you have a subscription through another provider, you won't see it on the Roku. But you should be able to log into the channel on your Roku using your credentials from your existing subscription.
