I have a Roku streaming stick, it is purple. version 1400 I think. I am confused because on the Roku website channel download, it says I have Spotify. But when I go to look on my home page or my Roku app, it doesn't show up on the home page or in the channel menu. I don't know what to do, so I came here, hoping to get some answers. My Roku is completely up to date, it is running a 9.3.0 software. The model is 3500X- Roku Stick. If someone could help me figure this out, it would be greatly appreciated.
