I have read through the I heart radio support issues. I followed recomendation to remove channel, restart roku and reinstall channel. I heard radio still not working. Plays for a few seconds, then exits to the channel options screen. (Go to channel, remove channel, feedback, etc), or back to the home page, wherever I came from. Need another solution!
Since your 3500 was released in 2014, there have been two later Streaming Sticks, 3600 in 2016 and 3800 in 2017.
Since the folks at I Heart Radio didn't include actual model NUMBERS in their chart, it could be that your old 3500 is not supported. I know there are some other more recent channels that won't run on a 3500 (ones I know of are Apple TV, NBC Peacock, Comcast Xfinity Beta, MLB, Prime Video, YouTube TV)
