I have problems with the players they don't want to work and the channel is activated

I have several active channels of mine, but these 2 that I show you do not want to turn on the tv, it has already happened several times someone can help me thanks.

What channels are you trying to use? Are these non certified channels?

Please be aware that Roku does not review or provide support for non-certified channels.
