I have nothing but problems using Sling on my Express

I have my Express right next to my router and I constantly have problems watching sling. I get disconnection messages and problems loading channels. Is there something I can do to fix this?

One thing to try is to change the channel your WiFi is using. It's likely using 6, 11, or 1. Try changing to one if the other channels and see if it makes a difference.

If adjusting your wireless network (changing the wireless broadcast channel, etc. isn't helping), send me a PM with your Roku account email address and the serial number of your Roku device. I'll get you in touch with our support team to see if there's anything else we can do to help.
