I have directv and thinking about cutting it off. But before I do I have some questions

I have directv and thinking about cutting it off. But before I do I have some questions. Like do you need the channels in the directv package to access the apps on roku or will you need to purchase them separately? And how can you access hbo max if you already have it through directv and yes I have the Disney bundle

Some channels will require a TV or cable subscription in order to view the content available on their channel.
