When I go to amazon.com/mytv and enter my activation code, I receive an error message saying my Prime account has been locked and it gives me an 800 number to call and when I call it, it goes to a full mailbox.

I have the same problem and have gotten absolutely no answers from ROKU or Amazon. You would think these two companies would have an answer...apparently they just want your money and then you are on your own!
Go to amazon.com/gp/video/ontv/code and it will give you a place to enter your code and activate your Roku.
