I can't streaming roku channel.

I bought the built in roku tv, tcl 55 inch 4k. And connected internet and all done set up. But doesnt work the roku streaming channel and also roku toip and trick button too. 

I restart the tv and factory reset. But still can't streamin . 

Anybody know that how to solve it?

Don't know if this can affect ability to stream the Roku Channel, but did you set up an account for yourself at roku.com and link your set to it?

I did.

When only guest mode, play well roku streaming.
