I can’t see nba tv when I already purchase it

I buy nba tv por a year , about two days ago ( Tuesday ) November 10 and I can’t see it the app said that I already buy it , but I can’t see nba tv in my Roku device

How did you purchase the subscription? Was it through the Roku device or did you purchase a subscription through the channel provider directly? Did you see the NBA channel previously on your Roku device?

Sir I have the same problem. I paid subscription of NBA tv thru Roku but it says “ We could not process your transaction. Please try again.” But my bank account was charged already.
