I can't find "now tv" and "prime video" which are illustrated on the packaging

Jump to solution

Translated with Google
I bought a box of Roku Premiere with the "now tv" and "Amazon Prime" logos (to which I subscribe) on the box, but I can't find them in the myriad of channels, there is no search function, and the remote does not it has neither volume nor shutdown keys.
I have until October 24 to find them or return everything.

Hi @Iaia332

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community.

Please be advised that Roku Premiere comes with a simple remote which doesn't have a power and volume button. Furthermore, any Roku Player or TV can be activated to any Roku account, however, channel availability/access will vary from region to region. Channels that are currently available in any given region are certified for the Roku devices sold in that region.

For more information, you'd want to contact any specific channel/service provider to inquire further about which Roku devices they support their channel (app) on in your current region.

I hope this helps!

All the best,
