Hulu subscription issue

I bought Hulu 3 months ago. I have been charged.and always paid. There was never a problem.  I NEVER CANCELLED my subscription, and I didn't want to. But today I go into my account and it says I do NOT have Hulu. Or Netflix either??..!! I wonder what's going m

Are you saying you went into your ROKU account at https://my.roku.com and it does not show you are subscribed to those services?

If you subscribed directly with those services, and not through your ROKU account, they will not show on your ROKU account.

Check any subscriptions you made directly with other services on the websites for those services.
