Hulu button not working. Account shows in UK, not US.

Why is my account set in UK, not US.  We lived in UK a few years ago and I think we had a Roku, but I don't remember using it.  I recently added on to our CA house.  It has the Hulu button, but it isn't working and Hulu isn't offered in the channel setting.  Is there a way to change my location?

If you created your Roku account in one country, then move to another, your Roku user account remains in the original location. I've been told that there's no way to change your account to a different location, but perhaps @RokuDanny-R or @RokuMary-F could confirm that officially.

If it can't be changed, you'll need to create a new user account while you're in the location you want it to be registered in, then to link your existing Roku to the new account you need to do a factory reset. There's no way to log a device out of one Roku user account and add it to another.

Thank you.  I saw the IP was still in England, so I deleted my account and created a new one.  Seems to have solved my problem.
