It seems high. Which makes me question how you came to that conclusion. Troubleshooting it properly would include stopping using Hulu at all, and verifying with up-to-date bandwidth stats. Most ISPs don't offer real-time stats. Most are delayed hours, even a full day. So, are you sure about those stats?
Anyway, you'd stop using Hulu and look at the stats. Then, after your stats were caught up, you'd start using Hulu for a certain length of time, then look at the stats when they're refreshed.
So, to be certain, it would likely be a long process.

I also have the Ultra (4660) but don't use anywhere near that much data when watching Hulu. Not sure what's going on with your setup.
I don't have any router settings to limit bandwidth on devices, but you may want to check to see if your router has such functionality. If nothing else, ensure the QoS settings are set to default.
Of course, those settings would be for the device, not one particular app on the device. It is extremely odd if you're only getting high bandwidth usage on that one app, and not also on Amazon or Netflix or any other app that uses adaptive streaming.
