New ROKU device came with a free two months Crave trial. It’s installed but it looks like it’s set to SUper Écran by default and I’d like to switch to HBO. Any idea how? Looks like the only solution offered is to cancel the Crave subscription altogether.
From what I could find online, you are not in the US. Are you using a Roku player available from retail stores or Roku themselves, or is it a box that uses the Roku OS but is provided by a 3rd party, such as a cable company? If it's not a general Roku player, you'd have to talk to whomever offers that box. Roku doesn't provide support for 3rd party suppliers that use the Roku OS in their own boxes.
If it's just a general Roku player, available anywhere, then that's likely just an installed channel you can remove. Highlight the channel tile on the home screen and hit the * button. If it can be removed, the option to do so is found here. But if the player was offered through Crave, you might not be able to remove it. But since it's not a service that I am familiar with (I'm in the US) I can't help with anything within the channel itself.
