How to initiate my 90 day free trial after purchasing a Roku device.

I took advantage of Apple TV's 7 day free trial. Subsequently, I received an email from Roku saying I was  eligible for a 90 day Apple TV free trial. I enter the promo code and was advised I was ineligible. Sj=houls I contact Apple?

Strictly a guess on my part...

The fine print on most free trials is that you are not eligible if you previously have had a trial or subscription to that channel.  Your previous 7 day trial may have made you ineligible for the 90 day trial.
