How to get rid of Sling TV on my Roku account?

Good morning,

Recently, we will be watching a show (on Netflix for example) and the show will suddenly stop and the screen changes to a screen for "Sling TV." And then Roku freezes.

We've never had a subscription for Sling. But it suddenly appeared on our Roku homepage so I deleted it. But this problem is still happening.

Roku help suggests logging onto my accountant at Sling.com and canceling there. But I don't have a sling account to log onto.

Does anybody have any ideas on how to get rid of Sling on my Roku account?
