How did you get them originally?

Sorry, the question wasn't "did you get them" but rather "how did you get them?" Did you use an antenna? Did you use a streaming service that had locals (YouTube TV, etc)? How did you get them?

I have two Roku devices and one Apple TV box. I use AT&T TV steaming service. My locals changed on the Apple device to my new location, but I can’t get my new locals on the Roku devices.

That helps clarify. It's also odd that you can't get locals via your ATT TV app on Roku.

Log in to your ATT TV account and ensure your current (new) address is correct. Some apps do perform differently on different platforms, although most operate the same regardless of platform.

If everything looks good, do all of this, in this order:

  1. Log out of your Roku's ATT TV app
  2. Remove the app
  3. Restart all of your Roku devices
  4. Reinstall the app
  5. Log in to the app

Don't confuse the order. Don't skip a step.
