I use ATT Uverse and saved incorrect sign in info on my Roku, which does not allow me to change it. Whenever I sign in to a channel and get an activation code and then enter my provider, it puts incorrect info in and I cannot access the programming. Stupid mistake on my part, but how do I fix it? I’ve tried deleting channels but when I reactivate them, the same thing happens.
Update on this: tried factory reset. But the information remained in the device and it automatically signed in with the incorrect information and I remain barred from content. I also confirmed software up to date.
