How can I stream news/programs from Ukraine TV?

From your Roku device, select Streaming Channels from Home Screen and search for UkraineTV.

Thanks for that but you have to pay. It is possible to get free Ukrainian tv online but not apparently with Roku.

I did not see any free Channels/apps available for Roku regarding Ukrainian programming.  However, not familiar with all that may be available. 

If you find sites online with free Ukranian content, you can either cast/mirror to your Roku device and watch on your TV, or if using a laptop, you can simply attach an HDMI cable to your TV and stream it that way.
