Cant cancel disney plus free membership. It doesnt show up...just a way for it to get money...probably. channel is lame and has so much lag.

Thanks for the note. If you signed up for Disney+ using your Roku account, you can cancel your subscription by logging into https://my.roku.com/ and clicking on 'Manage your subscriptions'.
If you aren't seeing a subscription appear, and believe you signed up using your Roku device/account, you will want to double check that you are logged into the same Roku account that your device is linked to. Visit Settings>System>About to verify the email address and make sure you are accessing the correct Roku account.
If you still don't see any active subscription in your Roku account, it's likely that you signed up for Disney+ outside of the Roku platform. Contact Disney+ support directly for more assistance cancelling your subscription at: https://help.disneyplus.com/

I don't see it on my roku account & online chat said to contact Disney.
Disney says to contact roku - I'm going in circles!!!

Turn you subscription off.
Its a very new service and its been problematic which Im sure will change....EVENTUALLY.
