I am new to streaming!!!!! I recently had issues with my Directtv satellite going down, so I have a Roku I purchased to introduce myself to streaming. After getting run around from Directtv for repair date a week away. I set up a Directv streaming account upgraded internet speed, downloaded Their channel on my roku streaming stick plus and tried to sign in to my newly established account. The PROBLEM: upon sign in input it begins to buffer and then returns to sign in screen and continuously buffers. I have worked with specialist from Roku and Direct and both have had me remove the channel reinstall, check systems and channel for updates, resigning in and everything results back to the same buffering, with very high frustration levels and plans to return all equipment and close all tv accounts. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

After removing a channel, best practice is to clear the Roku's memory by restarting it before reinstalling the channel. Did you do this? Without the restart you may not get a clean reinstall.
Depending on your Roku model and Roku version number you'll find the System restart option under either Settings > System or Settings > System > Power ... or just unplug from its power source for a few seconds then plug back in.
