Not seeing any hits when searching the roku channel store for "charter" nor "spectrum". Is there another way to add channels?

At the moment Spectrum is not available on Roku devices. The contract between the two ended a couple of weeks ago, and until a new contract is approved you won't have access to it. 

I have no idea whom to point the finger at in this argument, as I'm not a Spectrum customer. But usually it's the provider (Spectrum) that is balking at terms that other companies are fine with. Another recent example was HBO. The Max channel was only added to Roku a couple of weeks ago, well after HBO rolled it out. Again, it was a contract dispute.

I do not know who is at fault but at least Spectrum has the decency to talk to us about it. Roku did not give us any warning and does not seem to be saying anything.
