How do I play files in dropbox from Roku?

I have an .mp4 in my dropbox, but when I go there with couchy, I get the message "no playable files found."

Is there some trick to this?

How do I play files in dropbox from Roku?

Couchy.tv does not seem to be working for me. I tried using this a long time ago, and it seemed to work. I am not sure what's wrong.

There is a product called Roksbox, but I am reading bad reviews. Also, there seems to be no way to contact the company. This is a pay product. I would like to know if I can get my money back if I don't like it.

Is there anything else?
