How do I get a refund? What is their number? My roku is stuck on blank purple screen

I am so **bleep**ing aggravated with roku. Enough is enough I want my money back plus tax. And time and effort!!! This is a JOKE blank purple.screen for one month for 11.99 hulu?

Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? Can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing? Have you tried performing a factory reset on your device to see if that resolves your issue?
