Home screen locked into and offer by Netflix. Nothing works to close that ad.

When to open my Roku home and the screen is locked into a Netflix offer and nothing responds.

Thanks for the post. 

For starters, we would recommend you unplug your device then plug it back in and see if you will still experience a frozen screen.
