Home Screen stuck on giant ad, cannot access apps!
Whenever I hit the “home” button, instead of going to the usual dashboard of apps, a screen-wide ad pops up about some Roku promotion (that already ended in November apparently). I can’t get out of the ad and get back to my Home Screen. Currently I can only use Roku by hitting the Netflix or Prime buttons on the remote but I currently cannot access any apps. I have restarted, redownloaded, and reconnected everything. How can I get rid of this?
