Hitachi tv with roku purple stick works with Netflix but not Pure flix

Jump to solution

I have a 6 year old Hitachi tv that came with a Roku purple streaming stick that has a dedicated socket and its tv control works it. It works with Netflix, Halmark, Prime but stops working within minutes on PureFlx tried reboots, unplugging, redownloading PureFlix app and everything  PureFlix suggested. Pure Flix works on my other Roku 3 units

@pastorpete

Thanks for the inquiry.

Have you made sure that you rebooted your device after you uninstalled the channel and before adding the channel back again?

If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to the channel provider again to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform is developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist.

Thanks,
Danny
