Does anyone else having issues with the Live Tv on The History Channel? Everything works on the app except that? Did everything already suggested. Uninstalled>restarted > reinstalled! Does not work. Using a tv provider as well, its part of the cable package. Thanks in Advance! ✌️
If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to History Channel directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on the History channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.
This used to work just fine. Now it is not working. I signed out of my provider and back in. That did not solve the problem. I deleted the channel / rebooted / added the channel back / signed back in with provider and that did not solve the issue.
When I select LiveTV it actually begins to work, but then jumps back out of LiveTV to the previous screen.
This function works perfectly fine on my Firesticks.
I am connected to 110 Megabit Cable. Other functions requiring provider logon work just fine. No problems.
When will someone at ROKU or History.com acknowledge this issue. This started a week ago to the day. Like others, I can't watch Live television. I have deleted and installed, logged out and in to my provider and rebooted the Roku many times. This is disappointing.
Come on Roku! What's the issue here? You have a lot of people complaining and YOU KNOW WHAT IS WRONG. It needs a fix. Something changed a week ago. What was that? How many more people need to complain before you fix it?
I hate to have to replace you with my Firestick but I will if you force the issue.
