History Vault limitations?

I set everything up for husband and he was watching one of the movies and a screen pop up said you will not be able to return to this part and disconnected.  I think I had a trial and did pay for History Vault for the next month.  Sad, short minded, am being forced not to use.  Why did this happen?  Is this just the trial?  Can I continue and get into the History Vault?  ty

How were you watching it? There is a standalone app, and it's available within other services. And, how did you subscribe? Within a service, or directly?
