Hisence roku 50 inch tv flipped channels and muted itself..and it is frozen on the home screen

Roku hisence froze on home screen after it changed programs and muted itself..Could the remote cause this..because it isnt working since that happened

Are you speaking about over the air channels? Have you tried restarting the TV? Factory reset? If it’s under warranty then contact Hisense
