I went to use the app one morning and it didn't work. It kept taking me back to the home page. I've done everything that was listed here in support with no results. I have a Roku stick 3600X being used on a Vizio TV with build 9.3. Another user of the app is having the same problem. There is no way to contact anyone from the app so I'm hoping you guys might have a way. www.deeppocketsjazz.com is the app.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?
