Help & troubleshooting for channels on your Roku device, including adding/removing channels, logging in to, authenticating, or activating a channel, channel-specific playback issues, assistance contacting channel publishers to report issues, and adjusting channel-specific settings.
Unfortunately, I don't think there has been a successful fix for this issue. I believe it is a flash memory failure. A factory reset may be your only hope, or even perhaps an extended unplugging of device. You may get lucky.
Others may be able to provide you some guidance if I am wrong, but I think it is going to be a device failure requiring replacement if the above steps don't work. Sorry.
