Hard time starting Netflix

I have a really difficult time starting Netflix on my Roku Streaming Stick +. I get a blank screen. I have to press the home button to get back and try again. I have to do this about 5 times before I get in. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled without any difference. 

this doesn’t happen on my Fire stick, only on my Roku Streaming Stick +, and my TCL Roku tv.

When you reinstalled, did you restart the Roku before reinstalling Netflix? This is an important step to be sure the uninstalled channel is completely cleared out of memory before reinstalling.
