Yes, thats correct: I am not a Roku employee and I am making claims about Roku (and occasionally other companies') and its products/services - just as you are. Tends to happen on product support boards in the process of facilitating support and solutions.

My Hallmark Now was down for about an hour and then it started working again. It must have been a Hallmark problem.
