I have Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies and Mystery in my cable subscription and up til 4 days ago I was able to watch them both on my roku, but then the Hallmark and Mystery one tells me now that I dont' subscribe to that one so I can't get it anymore. I was on the phone over 3 hours with cable, they did everything and couldn't do anymore but call Roku....but of course no one is answering there right now..... I am pissed, I watch that channel at night in bed to fall asleep and I can't get it. How do I fix this????
How are you watching those channels? Are you watching them directly through the direct channel or through your TV cable provider channel?
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to Mystery Channel directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on the Mystery channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.
