I clicked to activate the 7 day free trial. It gave me a code to activate but when trying to enter code it stated not available in my region. I was still charged even though it was never activated. Why would it not be available to me?
I'd recommend reaching out to Hallmark Movies Now directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform is developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist.
