Hallmark Movies Now not recognizing my subscription

I paid for a yearly subscription for the Hallmark Movies Now Channel. I cancelled it but since it is paid for for a year Roku shows I can watch it through June 2021. Tday I tried watching but now it is telling me I need to start my 7-day trial and that I do not have an existing subscription. I tried deleting the channel and doing a system restart on my Roku TV, then added channel again. Still have same issue.

Yes. I waiting a response from them. I will reach out again if I don't hear anything by tomorrow.

I did the same thing, I paid for a year and cancelled and now I can't watch it. My subscription is good until mid November, and I am taking another look to see if I want to change my mind but I can't watch it. Were you able to get a solution?

For more information about that channel's account and functionality, you'll want to contact Hallmark Movies Now support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

I am having the same issue, except I did not cancel my subscription.  I paid for a year and was able to access the channel for only about 4 months.  Now all I get is the sign up for your 7 day free trial message.  Can't find a way to resolve it anywhere!

I have been watching all three Hallmark Channels on frndlyTV for $5.99 a month. I gave up on Hallmark Now.

Please note that Roku doesn't manage channel logins or authentication since it is handled directly by the channel developer. We suggest you reach out to Hallmark Movies Now support to report the issue and for further help. They can resolve the error you are having with the channel authentication.
