HGTV Go after 24 Hours does not work on TCL ROKU TV
I bought TCL 43" ROKU TV and using wifi for streaming channels most of the channels like CNN go, CNBC work ok but HGTV GO app after registering and activating works for 24 hours and then all shows are locked. I have to remove the channel and add it again, activate it then it works for next 24 hours. my cable provider is Xfinity. My router IP address stays the same when HGTV does not work. so My question is who is blocking the access Xfinity or ROKU platform?
We recommend starting here to troubleshoot channel issues:
1.Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the * key on your remote, and choose 'Remove channel'.
2.Next, restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. (For Roku TV Settings>System>Power>System restart)
3.Once your player/TV starts up again, go to 'Streaming Channels' on the Home screen, and add the channel back once more.
