HBOMAX app not providing sign in

This channel is paid through my employer. One day it asked me to sign up. Now it won't give me a place on profile to sign in. I have deleted the app and re-loaded. No change. I tried a factory reset on my Roku. No change. When I click on profile icon, it takes me to a black screen with close captioning options. No place to sign in. I am out of ideas. Help.

For more information about that channel's authentication, you'll want to contact HBO Max support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
